Health and Safety Policy

RECON is committed to a health and safety program that protects out staff, contractors, visitors and property, as well as any other workers and members of the general public who enter our property.

RECON employees at every level are responsible and accountable for their own, as well as, the company’s health and safety performance.  Active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence required to meet the expectations of RECON and exceed industry standards.

The management of RECON will set an example, provide leadership, set health and safety policy and work procedures, provide proper equipment and training in the health and safety program.  Employees are responsible for following RECON regulations and procedures, working with awareness of health and safety and cooperating in working towards improved health and safety conditions at work.

RECON employees, contractors and suppliers at every level must comply with the requirements of the appropriate legislation as it relates to our working process, as well as RECON’s regulations.

The goal of RECON is to provide a healthy, injury free and productive work place for all employees.  By working together in all parts of this program, we can achieve this goal.
